But in the end it turns out (especially given that the long-known B0 platform on which all modern Renault models – Logan, Sandero, Duster and “Nissan’s Almera”) is based on the IksRey, that we have a clean foreign car. Machines with 1,6, on the contrary, are friends only with “mechanics”. And the box here is from Renault. Yes, she has slightly different gears, but this does not affect the perception. Using a gear lever, you mark too sweeping moves and vagueness … An amusing feature in the engine’s bunch with the box is the increase in speed. Chopping the first or rear gear, the car for a second raises the arrow of the tachometer, so as not to stall when starting.

Road character of “Iksrey”, as well as dynamics – so-so. This is not the car where you should savor driving habits. Just a car to get from point A to point B. And it is desirable that the route lies inside the city.

Because on the road the car tires with aerodynamic noises, mournful accompaniment of the engine, and most importantly – the steering. The adjustment of the electro-hydraulic amplifier requires constant thrusts. The higher the speed, the greater the misunderstanding. The effort on the steering wheel is unpredictable. The course has to grope, not ask. In the city, at low speeds, the severity of the problem decreases, but does not disappear at all. Xray is generally better suited for the city than for the track. It is compact, economical and by the standards of the urban jungle – just a “passer-by”.

Although the ride is frustrating. Especially if you compare it with the same “Sandero”. Engineers, according to the official site of the manufacturer, conjured over the rear suspension of the “Lada”. Here, for example, other springs, shock absorbers, silent blocks and the beam itself is of a different shape. But as a result of “witchcraft”, the suspension is perceived to be stiffer. Rails, hatches, sharp pits, are passed on “Lada” not so painlessly as on similar Renault. Shakes.
