Nissan GT-R 2017 model year in the United States gets a Premium option with a number of interesting innovations.
This will be the largest update since the release of the GT-R, with Premium being one of four available supercar complete sets. It will significantly improve the interior trim, plus standard equipment will expand. For example, buyers will be able to rely on the finish of expensive leather, as well as the latest version of the multimedia system NissanConnectSM with navigation support, mobile applications and services. The touch screen will increase from 7 to 8 inches. Among the interesting features mentioned is the possibility to remotely block doors through a smartphone, call emergency services and track the car if it was stolen.
For the performance of the updated version will meet the familiar 3.8-liter turbocharged V6 engine, whose power was increased by 20 horsepower to 565 horsepower. In addition, the gearbox received improvements. It is also expected that thanks to a point-like update of the body the novelty boasts better aerodynamics than the current model.
Nissan will start shipping the GT-R Premium in mid-July. The price for the model starts at 109 990 dollars.
