Alpine A110 showed in public

Spetscar Alpine A110 debuted at the Geneva Motor Show, where visitors were able to evaluate the new competitor Porsche Cayman and Alfa Romeo 4C in all its glory.

The new A110 is based on a fully aluminum platform, which has a high rigidity, but also provides a small mass, which is only 1080 kg. The performance is responsible for the 1.8-liter turbocharged engine, which produces 247 hp. And 236 lb-ft (320 Nm) of torque. Acceleration from the place to 100 km / h takes 4.5 seconds, and the maximum speed is limited by electronics at around 250 km / h. The engine is paired with a 7-speed transmission specially designed for the A110.

Alpine also focused on aerodynamics, promising some of the best features in the sports car segment.

Alpine A110 will enter the market at the end of this year. Information on prices will be made public later.
