The 2017 Infiniti Q60 Coupe was seen during tests in the United States. The car did not have the usual disguise for models that are not officially presented.
The serial model has a familiar design, but it looks less aggressive than the concept, but overall it was without surprises.
The engine options are still kept secret, but this prototype has a badge 3.0t on the hood, and this involves the use of a 3.0-liter motor from the Mercedes. This V6 develops 333 hp. (248 kW) and 353 lb-ft (479 Nm) of torque. It is also expected that the Japanese will offer variants with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that develops at least 208 hp. (155 kW) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm). It is also designed by a German company.
According to rumors, the line will be supplemented with a hybrid system including a 3.5-liter V6 and an electric motor, as well as a high-performance variant with a turbocharged 4.7-liter V8 engine that develops 408 hp. (304 kW).
The presentation of the 2017 Infiniti Q60 Coupe should take place at the North American International Auto Show in January, and it will go on sale in the spring of 2016.
