The Bavarian company recently tested the new 2017 BMW 1-Series Sedan in the winter. The autospioners managed to take a few pictures of this model.
While the novelty is hidden under the camouflage, so the details are not visible, but probably the compact sedan will not radically differ from its counterparts. Note that the small doors from the rear hint at tightness on the second row of seats.
BMW keeps secret the characteristics of the sedan, but it is already known that a novelty based on the front wheel drive platform UKL has been created. It also developed Mini Cooper and 2 Series Active Tourer. The key competitors will be the sedan Audi A3 and Mercedes CLA. According to rumors, engine variants will include various 3- and 4-cylinder units. The top version will receive a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo with four cylinders that develops 228 hp. And 258 lb-ft of torque.
The BMW 1-Series Sedan is expected to be unveiled this year.
