Several photos of the new generation Micra hit the network. The car was caught during tests in southern Europe, and this time it was even less masked.
As expected, in the novelty we will see a lot of design solutions from the Sway concept. The hatchback will grow in size, while retaining the feminine orientation, like its predecessors.
The fifth generation of the Nissan Micra is expected to be based on the CMF B platform, developed by the Renault-Nissan alliance. Some of the engines are likely to be borrowed from the restyling version of the Frenchman Clio IV. In addition, buyers of the hatchback should have a choice between a manual transmission with 5 and 6 speeds, as well as a stepless transmission.
Representatives of the Japanese company have already promised that this generation will significantly improve the quality of the interior. Thanks to the growth of the wheelbase, space in the cabin will increase. This is best appreciated by passengers in the rear seats.
The public debut of the novelty, most likely, will be held in autumn at the motor show in Paris.
